摘要：
In recent years, FDI and industrial agglomeration caused the attention of scholars. Chongqing serves as the Western exclusive municipality directly under the central government and the economic center of the upper Yangtze has made great breakthrough in attracting FDI. The study of FDI and industrial agglomeration has the positive significance on making full use of the FDI, promoting agglomeration of local industry and upgrading of industrial structure. This article based on panel data of Chongqing 2005-2009 manufacturing industry and use regression analysis on the mutual relationship between FDI and industrial agglomeration has carried on the empirical analysis. Comeing to the conclusion as that FDI and industrial agglomeration of Chongqing manufacturing industry has a positive role in promoting mutual.
