the new media era, multimedia has been widely used in higher vocational teaching, and has achieved good results. This paper makes further exploration on the challenges and opportunities of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new media era. In addition, the author gives specific analysis and guidance to the opportunities and challenges.
