摘要
Aimed at the long waiting time for outpatients during the clinic examination, the selecting sequence strategies of examination items are studied to reduce the waiting time with limited medical resources. Based on discrete event simulation, a simulation model of selecting sequence strategies is constructed against the backdrop of the smart medical. Further, the simulation experiments are carried out using AnyLogic simulation software. Then, the effects of different selecting sequence strategies are evaluated by three performance metrics: average stay time, average waiting time and average service coefficient under different arrival rate of outpatients. Finally, the simulation results show that the examination waiting time varies significantly across different selecting sequence strategies. with limited medical resources. The recommending sequence strategy considering the real-time statuses of departments and outpatients has the best effect. And the effect is better when the acceptance of the recommending sequence strategy is higher.
