摘要：
As a whole the potentiality of the financial growth in earnings in China is limited. If we does not innovate investment and financing, environmental protection will face serious fund shortage. Constant improvement of the market-based degree of China's economy, the environmental protection trade monopolizes breaking and strength and hope which the enterprise run by the local people has indicate the condition of introducing the folk capital of environmental protection is possessing. The era that the folk capital enters China's environmental protection field on a large scale is coming.
