摘要
X-ray diffraction is used to study changes of fine structure of carbon fibers caused by an increase in the heat-treatment temperature. It is shown that the fiber material is heterogeneous and its composition is determined by heat-treatment regimes and depends on orientation angle. of coherent domain relative to the fiber axis.
