Proposal for the design of a theoretical-methodological family intervention in community health

In this article, family intervention within the community health system in Cuba is presented. I state the conceptual and applied complexity of work with families and discuss the diverse levels of analysis and theoretical approaches of group psychology, systems frameworks, family therapy and community health psychology Aware of the obstacles and limitations that community efforts face in Cuba, and with a critical perspective about such practices, I present various group strategies that have been used in the country to integrate family interventions in community health psychology.
