摘要
With the development of new energy, large-scale wind power grid brings challenges to the reliable operation of the system. From the engineering perspective, this paper proposes a mode of electric power and energy balance based on wind power capacity credit. This mode aims at minimizing the global operating cost. Based on historical data, equate wind power forecasting power with credible power participation in electric power and energy balance calculation. In this mode, a model of electric power and energy balance optimization is based on wind power capacity credit. To improve the adjustability of the system operation, the transmission power of the tie line is controlled to regulate the output of conventional units and coordinate the relations between the provinces. Taking the actual data of central China power grid as an example, the results show the feasibility of the proposed method, effectively optimize the allocation of resources in the region, and provide technical guidance for the new energy to participate in the medium and long-term electric power and energy balance.
