Study on application of infrared imaging in the technology of inspecting fruits quality

摘要
Inspecting and classifying of fruits quality is an important step in the course of circulation and process, particularly, the internal quality is a more difficult factor in non-destructive inspection, and the infrared imaging is a way of to solve this problem. The limitation that lies in traditional non-destructive inspection technology are analyzed, aiming at Engineering realization of real-time vision inspecting and identifying system. These new methods and technology used in the fields of photoelectron and computer vision and signal process & analysis are introduced, consequently, a set of high-effect and real-time system that is used for electron and information processing is set up, which could satisfy the demand of realistic thing in our country, moreover, it is definitely practicable and wide foreground.
