摘要：
Starting with the newly happened Strongest Nail Household Case in the Chongqing and the CCTV New Sites Demolition Dispute in China, this article discusses four problems concerned urban building demolition. Firstly, the authors clarify the current status of private property protection in China, and the public interests protection by the Property Law. Secondly, they demonstrate the moderate principles of private property protection and public interests. Thirdly, they analyzes the nature of different demolition disputing cases, and provide some suggestions on solving conflicts and disputation in demolition cases.
