Failure analysis and pressure online monitoring system design of casting die ejector rod based on eigenvalue buckling theory

摘要
The failure of ejector rods is a common problem in die-casting production. This paper analyzes the ejector pin failure based on the eigenvalue buckling theory and uses Ansys finite element simulation software to carry out simulation experiments. Through linear buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis, the buckling instability load is obtained. Then, an experiment is designed to verify the simulation results. The experimental results show that the actual working range of the ejector force is 0.75-5.25 kN, which is much smaller than 45.84 kN for nonlinear buckling load simulation and 56.11 kN for theoretical calculation. The research results provide a reference index for determining the working state of the ejector rods in the die-casting mold.
