摘要
The phase composition, spectra, and brightness of ZrO2:0.15Eu(3+) phosphors with Y3+ additives synthesized using microwave exposure are studied. It is shown that the introduction of 5 wt % Y3+ in a phosphor allows us to obtain a sample with the highest brightness due to the largest size of the coherent scattering region.
