摘要：
The human subject librarian services were conducted at major universities, but the service still has many deficiencies in the actual work. Virtual Subject Librarian system is a good supplement of subject librarian service. It makes up for deficiencies in the human subject librarian as functional design. How to develop and use this software to better serve the teaching and research work is seriously worth exploring by all the librarians.
