摘要：
This paper shows how concrete quality management problems related to higher education institutions can be modeled by using the abstract notion of dynamic system. The perspective addressed brings advantages to the managerial approach by providing reliable and comfortable alternatives to establish some of the best strategies to continuously modernize the educational process and to adapt it to the demands imposed by society's development. This alternative is essential for the use of the mathematical apparatus specialized in solving optimization problems within the theory of dynamic systems. One of the goals of this paper is to enlarge the applicability of the dynamic system theory towards new fields, such as the ones regarding the management of higher education related processes.
