摘要
The temperature dependence of the heat capacity of the PbFe0.5Nb0.5O3 multiferroic has been studied in the temperature range of 130-780 K. An excess heat capacity has been observed in the temperature range of 250-780 K. It has been shown that the temperature dependence of the excess heat capacity is associated with the manifestation of the Schottky effect in three-level systems.
