摘要：
The demand for creative talents is huge as China's rapid economic growth. China is a big academic education country, but not a powerful academic education country, China's academic education quality in creative spirit exists obvious defects. To logistics management, for example, some specific measures for creative talents in the curriculum design, teaching methods, practice teaching, teacher training were put forward.
