摘要
Efficacious psychological treatments for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is one of the most difficult anxiety disorders to treat. Since the begining, the empirical efficacy studies of these disorders have been centered in the exposure procedure approach. The Response-Preventive Exposure (RPE) has consistently shown to be the first choice psychological treatment for OCD, and it must be accepted together with the pharmachological treatment as a well established standard therapeutical options. Variations of RPE, including its combination with cognitive and pharmachological techniques has not shown any better results than RPE alone. Finally, EPR and pharmachological treatment are considered in terms of their efficacy and the possibilities to increase it.
