摘要
A kind of carbonsilane dendrimer based on tetravinyl-tetramethyl cyclo tetrasiloxane (D-4 (Vi)) was used as the coating for capillary column. The stable and propriety thickness coated layer can be formed because of the sphere shape of dendrimers. The coated column was effective to lessen the adsorption of Si-O- to basic substances and block. The separation efficiency on the adenine on the coated capillary was 3.80 X 10(4) plates/m. The coated layer was firm and stable and had a good reproducibility of retention time. In order to discuss the influence of coated times on the separation efficiecy, 1-3 times coated capillary was created, and the twice coated capillary had the best separation efficiency, the separation efficiency of adenine for coated capillary achieved 14.79 X 10(4) plates/m.
