摘要
China is strong in agriculture around the world and the economic boom is based on fast development of agriculture. Grape is one of the most important cultivation fruits in China. On one hand we should use modern agriculture mode on grape cultivation, on the other hand we should decrease the negative effects of it. The main negative effects are that extensive use of fertilizer and pesticide has bad influence on fruit quality and ecological environment. So a new mode should be explored to develop our grape and wine industry. In this way, the grape and wine industry in China can own a position in the world. As we all know, white agriculture is a new conception in the world and it includes six aspects. There are microbial food, microbial energy, microbial fertilizer, microbial pesticide, microbial feed and microbial environmental agents. With the development of white agriculture, a new mode of grape cultivation was born, which integrate both grape cultivation and white agriculture. Using the new mode, the vineyard will produce high quality, high yield and pollution-free grape. Through analysis and comparison, it can be seen clearly that the major aspects of white agriculture throughout the whole production process on vineyard management. This essay overviews the relationship between vineyard and microbial food, microbial energy, microbial fertilizer and microbial pesticide, in order to explain the effect of white agriculture in grape and wine industry. And a new environment-friendly model is promoted.
