摘要
The calculation shows that, compared with the conventional material pneumatic conveying, the size and density of domestic garbage transported by the pneumatic conveying system are larger, and the pressure loss of the bend pipe section will not have anything to do with the solid-phase velocity. The existing theoretical model of pneumatic conveying is not applicable to the pneumatic conveying of garbage. The main factors that affect the pipeline blockage of the domestic garbage pneumatic conveying system are the total pressure margin provided by the system and the garbage velocity at the pipeline entrance.Minimum straight pipe length between bends is in connection with the total pressure margin provided by the system and the velocity of garbage near rear bend inlet. The change in the velocity of garbage through a bend will go down linearly with the increase of garbage in the curved section inlet velocity. The additional pressure loss of the garbage in the bend section of a linear gradient of the square of the relative velocity of the gas velocity and the garbage velocity at the bend inlet increasing. To prevent garbage from blocking the pipes, the main is controlling the total pressure margin provided by the system and the garbage velocity at the pipeline entrance.
