摘要
The AB0 antigen incompatibility of the bone marrow donor and recipient is not a contraindication for transplantation of allogeneic hemopoietic stem cells. However, it is fraught with some other problems, such as hematological complications, delayed healing of the erythroid stem, development of partial red cell aplasia. Probable mechanisms of complications after ABO incompatible transplantation and therapeutic strategy making use of selective adsorption of isohemagglutinins are discussed in connection with this clinical case.
