摘要
The porous aligned carbon nanotube(ACNTs) films prepared by pyrolysis of metal phthalocyanines show an ultrahydrophobic property. The contact angle for water of the films is 161 degrees. The films modified with fluoroalkylsilane show a better hydrophobic property. The contact angle for water of the modified films is as high as 172 degrees, The alignment structure of the films and large fraction of air on the films are considered to be responsible for the ultrahydrophobic property.
