摘要
We report the structural, microstructural, ferroelectric, dielectric, and impedance properties of (1 -x)PbTiO3 + (x)La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2 & 0.3) composite samples synthesized through the Solid State Reaction method. The results of the Rietveld refined XRD analysis show that the PbTiO3 phase possesses a tetragonal structure with a P4mm (No. 99) space group whereas the LSMO phase possesses a tetragonal structure with I4/ mcm (No. 140) space group in the composite samples. Scanning electron microscopy shows that the variation of grain growth in the composites was found with a change of LSMO content. Elemental presence and ratio were confirmed through the EDX analysis. The polarization versus electric field loops, observed for pure PTO and their composite samples show the value of remnant polarization. The dielectric constant and loss also increase with the increase of LSMO content. Impedance study shows that the relaxation peak shifts towards a higher frequency region with temperature and the content of LSMO.
