摘要：
The article carries out the complex evaluation of opportunities for controlling as an information innovative resource for management of enterprise development; place and role of this system within the management process are determined, its major functional components are formed. An approach to determination of controlling is offered as a peculiar mechanism of self-regulation at an enterprise which provides an effective feedback within the management.
