摘要
This paper proposes a new starting method of the SPM-type BLDC motors without position sensor to prevent the demagnetization phenomena and vibration of reciprocating compressor taken ferrite-type permanent magnet. The experimental test of irreversible demagnetization is performed to obtain the irreversible demagnetization level of the BLDC reciprocating compressor when peak current is applied. The proposed method is implemented on the commercial refrigerator using a BLDC reciprocating compressor. The experimental results show that the proposed method considerably reduces not only instantaneous peak currents but also vibration of reciprocating compressor. The proposed method makes possible that home appliances using BLDC motor, such as refrigerator and air-conditioner, to obtain the good performance
