Study on the Optimization and Upgrading of Industrial Structure and Development Policy: Taking Yibin City as an Example

摘要
Based on the theory of industry life cycle, this paper analyzes the industrial structure of Yibin city and puts forward the corresponding development policies according to different industry types, which will promote the optimization and upgrading of the industry. The relevant industrial data of Yibin city in recent years are applied to the improved Boston matrix to find out the development industry and growth industry. The results show that the wholesale and retail industries oriented are development industries. Transportation, warehousing and postal services, finance and construction industries oriented are growth industries. Therefore, government should provide preferential policies and financial support to growth industry, and play a guiding role to the development industry with supporting industries, which providing appropriate technical support and promoting product replacement.
