摘要：

This paper takes the enterprise's logistics system as the research object and makes comprehensive evaluation of enterprise's logistics system with many state parameters by method of entropy. By doing this, we can judge the operation condition and change rule of the enterprise's logistics system, then make a good plan for the enterprise.
