摘要：

In accordance with the comparative advantages of regional land use to configure the land resources can increase the overall level of benefits, the industry as reflects of the form of land value, its structural adjustment also affects the land-use change. In this paper, Heilongjiang Province as an example, apply theory of Comparative Advantage to study the relationship between land use structure and industrial structure base on the land use efficiency. The results show that the current regional land use pattern of Heilongjiang Province not fully play to comparative advantages, industrial structure irrational, competitive industries are not prominent, accordingly, provide land Basis of regional industrial structure adjustment that based on comparative advantage and propose targeted measures of the direction of industrial restructuring to Heilongjiang Province.
