摘要：

Cultivating innovative talents is both urgent requesting of nation and society, and deepening and development tendency of higher education. Educational philosophies and teaching model need to advance with the times. Human-centered idea as an entry point, this paper points out that the key of higher education reform is the establishment of educational values-human-centered idea, and discusses the concrete methods of higher education reform.
