摘要
We clinically evaluated the factors influencing the duration of hospitalization in patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm managed surgically during the acute stage because shortening of the duration of hospital stay is important issue on management of stroke patients at acute stage. The duration of hospital stay were evaluated about the 1) gender, 2) age, 3) WFNS grade, 4) location of the aneurysm, 5) presence or absence of replacement of the ventriculo-peritoneal shunt (VPS) and 6) outcome (discharged to home, transferred to other facilities, died). Factors about the 2),3),5) and 6) were statistically significant.
