摘要:
Functionalized metalloporphyrin [5,10,15,20-tetrakis-(4-carboxyphenyl)-porphyrin] was coupled with poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) to form an adduct of iron porphyrin PAMAM dendrimer Mobil Composition Matter-41 (MCM-41) (FeP/Dend-MCM-41). MCM-41 was used as a mesoporous nanomaterial support for FeP/Dend to control pores for adsorption. The materials obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, diffuse-reflectance ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The performance of the synthesized FeP/Dend-MCM-41 adsorbent in solid-phase membrane tip extraction (SPMTE) was evaluated for the extraction of N-nitrosodiphenylamine (NDPhA) nitrosamine from water samples prior to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under the optimized conditions, the method showed good linearity with coefficients of determination R-2 > 0.995 in the concentration range of 1-10,000 ng mL(-1). The method offered good limits of detection (0.96 ng mL(-1)) and limits of quantification (3.21 ng mL(-1)) and analyte recoveries in the range of 97-105% with RSD < 8% at 1 ng mL(-1). The developed FeP/Dend-MCM-41-G3-SPMTE coupled with HPLC method was successfully used for trace analyses of NDPhA in selected water samples (drinking water, tap water, lake water and waste water).
