This paper, through investigation the management, protection of enterprise's IPR and the IPR protection situation of industrial and mining enterprises, analyzed and compared with the scientific and technological situation of development of some areas of China, probe into enterprises weak tendency and deficiency of scientific and technical innovation strategy, until of Chinese enterprises implement general plan get the suggestion and thinking out of in scientific and technical innovation and IPR in the future.
