摘要：

The demand on organic agriculture product increases with the economic developing in China. But the quality of organic agricultural products is not guaranteed. In this context, we construct China's organic agriculture product quality Bond Insurance system to solve it. This paper has four parts. The first part is background to describe the development of China's organic products. The second part is the present situation and problem analysis of China's organic agriculture product. The third part is the construct of China's organic agriculture product quality Bond Insurance system. We research on its insured property, liability, applicant, insured, rate and so on. The last part is suggestion on the development of China's organic agriculture product quality Bond Insurance system.
