摘要：
The volume of long-term fixed rate mortgage loans in the Russian Federation is growing therefore securitization is a relevant issue today. The aim of this research is to analyze the mortgage assets securitization market in Russia. Today securitization facilitates the transfer of the financial sector to a new business model. The findings of the research provide the analysis of the data on mortgage loans in Russia throughout 2007-2018, according to the Central Bank of Russia. The advantages and disadvantages of securitization have been assessed, and some relevant issues related to the mortgage rate in Russia have been taken into account.
