Measurements of the exponent μ in the vortex-glass phase for single crystal YBa2Cu3O7-δ thin film

摘要
The J-E characteristics were measured for YBa2Cu3O7-delta thin films in a large range of temperatures near the superconducting transition temperature and in high magnetic field up to 14 Teslas. The nonlinear J-E curves show scaling behavior near the vortex-glass transition and the critical exponents are extracted.
