摘要
The most common method for smoothing the work piece is surface grinding in the manufacturing sector. It's like the process of termination. EN31AMsteel is machined by abrasive tools in the current study and assesses surface roughness (Ra) and the rate of material removal (MRR). Use the Design of Experiment (DoE) method to decide the optimized influenced input parameters of grinding speed, cut depth and feed rate. In this work, analytical models for surface roughness and metal removal rate were constructed by using response surface methodology to consider wheel speed, table speed and cutting depth as control factors. In this Response Surface Methodology (RSM), the optimal machining parameters that lead to minimum surface roughness and maximum metal removal rate in the surface grinding process have been used to detect.
