摘要
The secondary dislocations relating to the ∑3 twin orientation in Cu-MgO composite were studied. High resolution images of the ultra-fine structure of the secondary dislocations were taken under axial illumination. Cu and MgO all have f.c.c. structure with lattice constant of 0.3615 nm and 0.4215 nm respectively and ∑3 twin orientation relationship was usually found.
