摘要：

In 2009, "Hermann berth" Faculty of Engineering from Sibiu. Romania, through the Department of Economic Engineering, conducted a second marketing research among the faculty's last year students with the purpose to get information about their professional experience as well as expectations, hopes, fears and aspirations of their professional future. This study is an extension of a similar research undertaken by the faculty in 2007 and the paper presents how the students' opinion about their professional career evolved over time. The results of this study are useful both for employers and for the management of the faculty.
