摘要
Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) can be hybridized with various materials to provide a good carrier for nanoparticles. In this work, CeZr-MOF/g-C3N4 hybrid was synthesized by one-step solvothermal method, and CeZr-MOF/g-C3N4 provides a good carrier for Pt nanoparticles to prepare a novel of Pt@CeZr-MOF/g-C3N4 nanocomposite. We found that the nanocomposite has excellent peroxidase-like activity and can catalyze the oxidation of the substrate 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), Pt@CeZr-MOF/g-C3N4 can replace natural enzymes for high sensitivity and rapid detection of H2O2.Therefore, Pt@CeZr-MOF/g-C3N4 can be used as a promising nanozyme.
