摘要：

This paper analyzes the disadvantages of application integration of tradional electronic business, and provides the solution alternative based on Web Services technology. It describes the characteristics of Web Services, system framework model and relative standard. Having the characteristics of terrace and language independence, interoperability and development-orient standards, Web Services approach is advantageous in dealing with the integration problems within enterprises and inter-enterprises, which is also helpful to the devolpment of new generation electronic business.
