摘要：

Literature and original data on patients with chronic megakaryocytic leukemia (CML) for the last 27 years are reviewed. Different chemotherapy programs in CML including intron A are compared. Remission was more frequently achieved by myelosan treatment, but intron A was also effective in CML (response > 50%) and is indicated in fertile women.
