The Research of Method on Network Enterprise Valuation

Since the beginning of 21st century, the development of network economy is more and more quickly. In the evaluation of the emerging network enterprise, the traditional valuation methods encounter the enormous difficulty, which can not adapt the network enterprise in the new economic era. How to improve the network enterprise valuation method on the basis of predecessors? It analyzes the existing network enterprise valuation method shortcoming and deficiency, puts forward that when valuate the whole property of network enterprise by means of discounted cash flow (DCF), not valuate all the likely profit of network enterprise by means of DCF only, but valuate the current and the future enterprise respectively. The theory of option is introduced when opportunity is valuated. And considers the inside and outside factor of enterprise valuation, and introduces the method of vague Mathematics and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) in valuation of network enterprise, sets a coefficient of reference and revises the evaluation result.
