Quasi-diffuse scattering at Laue diffraction of X-rays in toroidally-bent crystals with microdefects

摘要
The dynamic-diffraction theory for the quasi-diffuse component of reflectivity is developed for the toroidally bent single crystal containing the homogeneously distributed microdefects. Within the symmetric case of Laue diffraction geometry, the angular dependences of the quasi-diffuse component are plotted at the various elastic-bend radii of a silicon crystal. The analytical expressions for the absorption coefficients of strong Bragg waves due to the quasi-diffuse scattering are obtained. The asymptotical estimation is given for the quasi-diffuse component of reflectivity of the toroidally bent crystal.
