Design of wireless sensor node for forest environmental monitoring based on CC2430

摘要
According to the higher requirement of forest information acquisition which is created by modern forestry research and digital forestry management, and to the existing shortages of forest environmental monitoring, this paper designs a wireless sensor node used for forest environmental monitoring. This wireless sensor node uses CC2430 as the main controller and the RF module, cooperates with temperature sensor DS18B20, humidity sensor HIH-3610 and photo resistor to obtain forest environmental parameters. The data collected by wireless sensor nodes are transmitted to the monitoring host for remote terminal users via a coordinator node. The effective communication distance of wireless sensor nodes in the planted forest is 60m and the packet loss rate is below 5%, fully satisfying the needs of forest environmental monitoring.
