摘要：
The experimental data on surface charge and mass transfer in ionic solids ( ceramics, composites, nanostructures, and heterostructures) are generalized. Interphase and intergrain boundaries are shown to play an important role in transfer processes. The influence of the wetting phase transition on the transport properties of solids is considered.
