摘要：
Alcoholism has been proven to be associated with accidental injuries and numerous medical diseases, but acute mesenteric ischaemia associated with overt alcohol consumption, is rarely reported. We reported two alcoholic patients initially presented as epigastralgia, vomiting and general weakness, and were finally diagnosed with acute mesenteric ischaemia. Both patients died within few days.
