摘要：
A 41-year-old woman had a 2-day history of burning, stinging, itchy blisters on and around the lower lip; similar blisters had resolved spontaneously 1 year ago. She was well-appearing and afebrile; apart from occasional ibuprofen use, she took no medications. What is the diagnosis and what would you do next?
