Effect of WO3 particle size on the type and concentration of surface oxygen

摘要
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electric conduction measurements performed for nanocrystalline WO3 revealed that the ratio of surface-to-bulk oxygen decreased, and the predominant type of chemisorbed oxygen changed from molecular O-2(-) to atomic O- and O-2(-) species with the increment of WO3 particle size.
