摘要
A program for modeling magnetic resonance tomograms and determining the optimal values of the RF sequence parameters to achieve the best contrast of magnetic resonance images was developed. This program has been tested in magnetic resonance imaging studies using negative contrast agents based on magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles. The effect of magnetic nanoparticles on NMR signal parameters at different concentrations of magnetic nanoparticles was studied. Recommendations on the choice of optimal values of parameters of pulse radio-frequency sequences and concentrations of magnetic nanoparticles for MRI diagnostics using negative contrasting agents are developed
