摘要
The aim of this study is to investigate the cannabinoid content of different types of cannabis plants grown in different climatic regions under different supercritical extraction conditions. Extractions were carried out at different pressures of 15 and 33 MPa and 40 and 60 degrees C temperatures. All conditions were tested both in the presence and absence of co-solvent ethanol. Extraction yield was highly dependent on pressure, co-solvent, climatic conditions and strain. The cannabinoid composition of the extracts was determined with HPLC ana -lyses. The highest CBD and THC yields were obtained from Papatya strain (90.82% THC, 3.71% CBD) and Elnur strain (58.22% THC, 3.29% CBD). Narl! strain yielded the highest CBD (7.70%) result. This work demonstrates the effectiveness of the climatic conditions on the strains with supercritical extraction of cannabinoids. It is the first study to show the different climatic conditions effect on the yield of CBD and THC in different strains.
