Analysis of Factors Influencing the Location Decisions of a New Pattern Electrical Appliance Chain Service Enterprise Based on AHP and Customer Perceived Value

摘要
For researching a new pattern electrical appliance chain service enterprise's location decision, we put forward some location primary factors and customer perceived value influencing factors from two dimensionalities which are enterprise demand and customer perceived value. Confirming the weight of location primary factors based on AHP, and determining customer perceived value influencing factors' weight through the national 4503 sheets of effective questionnaires. Finally, we integrate the two portions of factors and obtain the location decision evaluation system which could provide some references to chain service enterprises' location decisions.
